Saudi Industrial Chemical Factory (SICF) is a state-of-the-art chemicalplant strategically located in the 3rd Industrial City in Jeddah. As a pioneering manufacturer of DOTP in the Kingdom and the MENA region, SICF specializes in producing high-quality plasticizers and industrial chemicals. In response to growing market demands, SICF has expanded its productportfolio to include DOA, DOS,DOP and Phenolic Resin. With plans for further diversification, the company aims to cater to the increasing needs of the industry,solidifying its position as a leading chemical manufacturer.

Our Vision is fully aligned with our National Vision 2030, to be a prominent part of our nations endeavors, that is “to be an exemplary and one of the world leader in all positive aspects”. With our sincere efforts we pioneered producing less hazard and phthalate free plasticizers within the kingdom, that are safer for public health and safety and environmental safety as well. Along with catering the local demand we extended our business internationally as well, thus contributing our part in enriching our nations dignity and economy.
